Purchasing, Sending and Receiving Gift Certificates

Gift certificates have no cash value and cannot be used to purchase a new gift certificate.
Gift certificates are not valid until payment has been received and successfully processed.
Gift certificates are valid only in Da Vida Mobile Spa’s service area (L.A. and Ventura counties).
Da Vida Mobile Spa reserves the right to refuse service for any reason or reverse any gift
certificate purchase and return the funds to the purchaser.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide accurate mailing information to insure gift
certificate delivery is successful.
In case of e-mail delivery, Da Vida Mobile Spa will send the gift certificate to the purchaser,
who can later forward it to the receiver.
Da Vida Mobile Spa is not responsible for emailed gift certificates that do not reach their
intended recipient for reasons beyond its control. Da Vida Mobile Spa can only verify receipt
of the gift certificate by the purchaser.
Gift certificates, and this terms and conditions, are subject to and governed by the laws of California, without reference to its principles of conflicts of law.
Reasonable delivery time is required for gift certificates. Express delivery is available upon
request, with additional fees.

Redeeming Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are only redeemable with Da Vida Mobile Spa for the amount or service
specified on the gift certificate. Da Vida Mobile Spa reserves the right to convert service
based gift certificates to their cash value, if the client desires a different treatment than
originally purchased.
Gift certificates are not refundable and have no cash value.
Any unused balance on a gift certificate will remain until redeemed.
If the fee for services desired exceeds the gift certificate value; the redeemer is responsible
for paying the difference at the time of purchase.
For security purposes, a recipient may be required to show a valid ID before redeeming a gift certificate.
All gift certificates must be presented at the time of service.
A lost or stolen gift certificate cannot be replaced.

Privacy Policy

All personal information provided by the purchaser will be kept confidential.
Da Vida Mobile Spa may provide gift certificate purchasers with information regarding
redemption status of a gift certificate.

Cancellation and Expiration of Gift Certificates

Da Vida Mobile Spa reserves the right to cancel a gift certificate immediately and without
notice, should it receive a credit card chargeback, returned check or other form of repudiated payment made towards the gift certificate.
Da Vida Mobile Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Upon full redemption, Da Vida Mobile Spa will deactivate the gift certificate.
Da Vida Mobile Spa reserves the right to dishonor a gift certificate, if it is believed to be
stolen or held by a person other than the intended recipient.
