Fees

Since each spa party or event is unique, we offer a consultation with our event manager to guarantee your satisfaction and insure your event is a one of a kind. Our services can be tailored according to your needs and budget. Our fees depend on the location of the event, the number of people, the time of service, and the services requested. We do not have a one size fits all package. However, we always offer professional staff that give superior service. Please contact us to obtain a quote for your event.

Minimums

We have a 2 Person/3 Hour booking minimum. However, we may be able to reduce this on a case by case basis - contact us with your details and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Reservations

Reservations must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance. Depending on our availability we may be able to accomodate you with less notice. In order to optimize your spa party experience please contact us 2-6 weeks in advance (or more for large scale events).

Service Areas

PRIVATE SPA PARTIES
Anniversaries, Birthdays, Bachelorette Parties, Baby and Bridal Showers, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Teen Parties, Girl's Night In, Reunions, Family Events, and Holiday Parties.

Full service spa parties are offered in Los Angeles and Ventura County areas only. Our services range from short Chair massage sessions to full service massage, body treatments, and beauty services. Parties outside of the Los Angeles and Ventura county areas can be accommodated on a case to case basis. Please note that events outside of our service area are subject to travel/transportation fees.

CORPORATE/MARKETING/MEDIA EVENTS:
Advertizing & Marketing Events, Product Launches, Trade Shows, Mobile Tours, Celebrity Events Filming sets & Talent Lounges.

Da Vida Mobile Spa services are available worldwide for elite clientele and high profile media events. Whether it is a high profile marketing event, media tour or celebrity party, our highly qualified and professional therapists are ready to serve you. Please contact us for additional information and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Gift Certificates

Give the gift of Da Vida Mobile Spa services with our gift certificates. We can create a customized spa package gift certificate that can be also be delivered with a luxurious spa basket.

Bookings

To book your reservation we require a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due on the day of event, either by cash, check or credit card. For reservations of less than 72 hour notice or for special projects, full payment is due at contract signing.

Not a substitute to medical treatment

The participants understand that massage should not be construed as the substitute for medical examination or treatment and that the participants should see a physician, chiropractor or other qualified medical specialist for any mental or physical ailment they are aware of. The participants affirm that they will advise Da Vida Mobile Spa of all known medical conditions before the massage appointment. The participants understand that there shall be no liability on the therapist's part should an information be withheld by the client.

Payments

Da Vida Mobile Spa Services accepts cash, checks, and Visa or MasterCard.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are included in your contract.

Notice

Da Vida Mobile Spa Services reserves the right to modify or refuse service to: any guest that behaves in an inappropriate or suggestive manner; any guest that is clearly intoxicated; any guest that presents a medical condition that may be contraindicated to massage or spa services; and to anyone, for any reason, with or without stating a cause.
